1 General

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Trips Riviera Maya (hereinafter "the company") and the client (hereinafter "the user") when contracting any tour, excursion, or tourist service offered through our website, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. By making a reservation, the user fully accepts these terms.

2 Bookings

• Reservations can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or by phone.
• A reservation is considered confirmed once the user receives a confirmation from the company, whether by email, WhatsApp, or text message.
• When making a reservation, the user must provide truthful and complete information: full name, number of people, tour date, accommodation hotel, and contact details.
• The company reserves the right to cancel reservations with false or incomplete information.

3 Prices and payments

• Prices published on the website are expressed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and/or US Dollars (USD), as indicated.
• Prices may change without prior notice. The applicable price will be the one in effect at the time of booking confirmation.
• Prices include the services described in each tour. Any service not mentioned in the description is considered not included.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking. They may include cash, bank transfer, or payment at the meeting point.

5 Service conditions

• Punctuality: The user must arrive at the meeting point at the indicated time. The company is not responsible if the user does not show up on time and the tour has departed.
• Hotel pickup: For tours that include hotel transportation, the user must be in the hotel lobby at the agreed time. A maximum of 10 minutes will be waited after the scheduled time.
• Itineraries: Published itineraries are indicative. The company reserves the right to modify the order of activities or substitute stops with equivalent alternatives, depending on the day's conditions.
• Behavior: The user agrees to maintain respectful behavior towards guides, other participants, the natural environment, and visited sites. The company reserves the right to remove from the tour any person whose behavior endangers the safety or well-being of the group.

6 Minors

• Minors must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult (parent or guardian).
• Children's rates apply according to the age range indicated in each tour. It is the user's responsibility to report correct ages.
• Some tours may have minimum age restrictions for safety reasons. These restrictions will be indicated in the tour description.

7 Health and safety

• The user is responsible for informing the company about any medical condition, allergy, disability, or physical limitation that may affect their participation in the tour.
• The company recommends that the user have travel insurance that covers medical expenses and accidents during their stay.
• The user participates in activities at their own risk. The company is not responsible for accidents or injuries caused by user negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.
• The user must follow the guide's instructions at all times and respect the safety regulations of visited sites.

8 Liability limits

• The company acts as an intermediary between the user and tourism service providers (transport, parks, cenotes, restaurants, etc.). Each provider's liability is governed by their own terms.
• The company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
• The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or modifications caused by third parties, weather conditions, traffic, or any circumstances beyond its control.

9 Intellectual property

All content on the Trips Riviera Maya website — including text, photographs, logos, graphic design, and code — is the property of the company or used with authorization. Its reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

10 Modifications to these terms

The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon their publication on this website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

11 Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or compliance thereof, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
